We exist to provide short-term, intensive residential services in a highly structured, therapeutic, home environment to help adjudicated and non-adjudicated adolescents develop new patterns of positive behaviors.  We diligently strive to meet their physical, emotional, academic, and social needs from a person-centered culturally sensitive, and strength-based perspective.

Our Program Treatment personnel includes:  Licensed Psychologists and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists

We provide the following services for our residents:                                                                   
Crisis Intervention; Monthly Progress Reviews; Intake Study/Assessments; Individualized Needs and Services Plan; Individual and Group Therapy; Family Therapy;​ Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management; Psychological Testing; and Substance Abuse Treatment.

Consortium for Community Services (CCS) provides Comprehensive Mental Health Services to parolees who are referred to CCS by Parole Agents within Fresno County. CCS, operates under the Integrated Services for Mentally Ill Parolees (ISMIP) grant approved by the State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).

The services provided by CCS consist of the following:
Housing All CCS Members who are granted housing are expected to participate in all therapeutic scheduled individual/group sessions that are deemed necessary for members to obtain long and/or short term goals.  This process is in efforts to prepare all members to become sustainable within the community.
